Solar panels?

question Shan : Solar Panel I had this http://www.bookstore.umn.edu/images/system/product/9790.jpg simulator, but the screen cracked when I taken it apart. I found two useful things that we are denied this battery http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/images/products/prod_6897.jpg under the solar panel. Now I have this light when I was plugged into the battery, but when I connected the solar panel, it has not come on .. Any help n what happened, I can do to make this work Best answer?
