How do I connect a solar panel on a socket?

question Blake F : How a Solar Panel for the issue I have a cabin in the woods and need to connect more light. I've had enough sun, but I wonder how and where can I get a solar panel lead to a power outlet? In an ideal world I would a solar panel with a cable to a socket or something that I get to power a small television. I know it's pretty hard, but then I get this ready-made? Or, finally, I would like to try the wind I want to be considered under $ 500? . Thank you for putting up with
