Question by answerman: What's the very best floor to be on for the lowest energy bill in an apartment, say 2 or three stories high?
I know there are a lot of elements but let's say for the very same complex that's 2 stories high, in a 4 seasons climate with hot summers and cold winters, would my energy bill be lower on the 1st or 2nd floor? What about a three story complex? 1st, 2nd, or 3rd?
