We rent a house with two forced air Furnaces and about two wks ago one caught fire due to faulty wiring, well we recieved a electric bill for 730.00 for two months. when some 1 from the power company came out they mentioned there was a constant voltage draw even when they weren't on, Are we solely responsible for the electric bill, or does the landlord have some responsiblity due to
