the power consumption of each and every ac unit is 1000watt and 9 amps. i would like to power two of these off the grid how can i do it, or what is the most effective way of doing so?

Answer by billrussell42That is a lot of power. You would require a huge and expensive solar array, plus lots of batteries, plus inverter and charge controller. My guess would be a price of US$ 20 to 50k.
